I am really concerned about the time gap in between the ceremony and the reception. Ceremony is at 6 and cocktail hour was to start at 7:30. We were thinking of taking pictures at around 3 and then getting married but I don't know if I am cool with that. I have always pictured FH at the end of the church waiting for me and seeing me for the first time. I just left a message for the lady at my church. I am hoping that have a more reasonable time.
If your getting married at the church and having a mass at 6 it will go to at least 7...plus a recieveing line.......youll be at 7:30....is there a way to make the church earlier and take pcictures beforeCH?
you could also take pics during cocktail hour
if the church cant accomodate u try looking at a diffrent church if that is a possiblity?
We're getting married at St. Patrick's in Glen Cove, which did not require us to be members, and the latest they do on a Saturday is 2:30. Not sure what day of the week you are, but maybe that would work, if they are available. It's a gorgeous church, up on a hill, and our priest is great!!! Good luck!
