NOPE - atleast not in Lindenhurst, the one on Hoffman

Its when you take the post office stamp and you stamp the corner of the stamp - its so the invite doesnt go thru the machine and ruin it -

No, you still buy stamps. Canceling is the red mark on top of the stamp.
