I always get jealous when I go to some of my fam. houses in Long Island..they have such gorgeous homes and PROPERTY!!!! lolz..we're lucky if we have enough room for a garbage can outside lolz..then again..i LOVE the city!!!

I love long island also but, the taxes are the real killer, hopefully we find a foreclosed house. I really enjoy being in the city also but, I dont know if I could live their again.

the houses on LI are crazy expensive and not only that taxes and mortgage on those even the cheapest ones, but right now the prices are going down..wait a little more. My professor in business told me ..to getta hell outta of LI....everything is crazy expensive..im serious!!!! but...im so used to this place i cant just leave it hehe!
