i was thinking about what to do with guests after a saturday afternoon wedding too!.

i'm 99% sure we're going with saturday night because then we dont have to worry about planning for all the guests after...and i didnt want to get married so early. but im a little worried about outdoor pictures at the place b/c i dont want it to get too dark too fast! BUT u dont have to worry about that in the summer.

could u talk them down in price by leaving a bigger deposit....just got that advice!

Sunday Night... we're Jewish, so we can't get married on a Friday or untl an hour after sundown on a Saturday. In the late spring that's like 8 o'clock. But we're getting married the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, so the OOTers won't sneak out of the reception!

Just found that out, also, FH is Jewish, I will start the converting process after the new year, so we will be a Sat night!

Saturday night I wanted a sat night from the begining, but we really had to look around b/c of the $$. And eventually we found the perfect place. Plus it is easier for us to do sat. night b/c we have relatives and friends from out of town.
