How do you girls set up your get togethers? Do you rotate location (suffolk, nassau, NYC?) Do you have separate ones? We seem to have some trouble getting things together and would love to know how you ladies do it! Thanks in advance!

well, I've never set one up... but I know that recently it's been a 'Hey, let's go HERE on THIS DAY' and then if people can go... they go... and if not... they don't. sometimes GTGs are small, and other times they are larger.
sometimes a girl will be having like a Passion Party and invites the girls from the boards...
I know that Date Polls and Location Polls help too.

We all live in Suffolk, so we're lucky. The only person who is far is my cousin who lives in Westchester, but she's only 10.
When my friend upstate got married, she would schedule a girls weekend and we'd go up for 3-4 days and help her out. If you give everyone enough advanced notice, you could probably schedule a long weekend with everyone.

Wasn't there a GTG right before Thanksgiving? It was a Friday night and I couldn't make it because I get off work really late. Do we do GTG's on weekends?
