How many of you booked your HM through a Travel Agent, and how many of you booked on your own via internet.

I am in the process of booking one, and going thru agents, while checking online. I see that the agents did get me better deals.

I want to use an agent because I've always booked things online when I went on trips -almost every time I had someone I know tell me that they got a better deal going through an agent.
This time since it's the honeymoon I'm not going to mess around. I want to go to an agent who can recommend me the best most cost efficient course of action lol.

I'm trying to get the best deal possible but at the same time want to go to a really nice place. I'm trying to book bora bora/moorea and I definitely feel since I don't know anyhting about the area, its beneficial to go through a travel agent. I'm in the process of getting quotes but I definitely feel its safer in this situation

Like all of our other vacations, we booked it on our own. However, if you're doing something really crazy I would go to a travel agent. FH and I just didn't feel it was necessary for what we wanted to do!
