I think of things like that as easy to DIY and save some money.

For the right price I always consider paying someone to make my life easier, but as long as the DIY projects are fairly simple I will try to tackle them myself.

I dunno about the placecards yet, but I'll def be doing my own programs. That's why I'm trying to get things done early, so I have time later to do these kinda things and allocate the $$ to other stuff like paying the bills and making sure there's food at home.

I'm not doing the votives, but I am having my placecards/table numbers done by someone and will probably have someone do my programs as well. My FH and I are not creative at all and these services are extremely important to us. We look for someone who does good work without breaking the bank. Not sure if this helps or not!

I am not very crafty anddo not have time for DIY Projects so I will be having somebody do my Wedding Programs and as for votives placecards I am not doing them and the placecards the Hall provides for me

Nothing, I would do them myself to save a few bucks, or just leave them out. I did actually do my own programs.

id pay $250-300 for 100 programs..but a few pages - not the typical 1 page folded tye of thing

I paid someone to do each of those for me - my planner to do the votives and Crane's did cutom programs for us - engraved with our mongram and hand ribboned. LOVED them both and would pay someone to do both again in a heartbeart. You have to place a value on your time. If you have the time to DIY, that is awesome, but by working, I made more than I was paying someone - so it came down to the premium on my time.

That's what I was thinking about... no more then that unless you put flowers, bows, etc on it all.
