Just Curious part 2...

I made him join facebook and when we were setting it up we decided his status should be 'in a relationship', so cheesy.

The first time around we dated we had a long discussion about it because we were friends for 2 years and part of a big group of friends so it was a big decision.

We had to make up an 'anniversary date.' FH and i met in April we hung out with mutual friends a few times. He tried to give me his number but I wasn't intrested. The same mutual friends had an overnight party in the hamptons in August. FH made sure to sleep next to me on the king size bed. There were two other people in bed with us. But FH kissed me anyways. lol. Before he left the hamptons he asked if we wanted to go out for coffee. And we went out. And started seeing each other every day after that.

I didn't know I was his GF until September when we went to go pick up the same mutual friends and our friend says to him 'so is she your girlfriend?' Without a beat he said yes.

We actually celebrate our first date as our anniversary cause we weren't apart from each other for more than a day after that.

Here is your typical jenny and fh convo (those of you who remember the 'Whats this between us?' And my answer being 'A phone' will understand)

We were sitting on my bed watching pinnochio:

Me: I cant believe you've never seen pinnochio
fh: maybe its because of the whole growing nose thing...my nose...its very italian... maybe my mom was being sensitive to me
me:Um, okay?
fh: do you like italians?
me: huh? Im dating you aren't i?
fh: yeah. But you havn't said youre my girlfriend yet
me: um.. do i have to?
fh: Yeah, so this way Ican make all the other girls go away
me: What??
fh: Just kidding but i'm waiting
me: Andyou want me to say Im your girlfriend dont you
fh: If I say no my nose willl grow...and thats not nice
me: okay then

and then like a jerk I said it and he made a comment about how pinnochio probably would prefer another member of the anatomy growing...

we met on a dating website and talked for about a month before we actually met. We had our first kiss on our 3rd date, he was quite the gent. He was going on a trip with the boys to FL and before he left he said to me 'i just want you to know that you have nothing to worry about, I only want to be with you' -- that made it official

We had our first at 8/27/04 and made it official 9/24/04. He asked me to be his girlfriend. Very cute and sweet so we only go by our official date not our first date date.

Me and my FH actually met about 8 years ago through a mutual friend. We were always friendly with each other but neither of us were interested in each other that way at the time...so we did our own things for years, saw each other once in a while when we would all go out. We always liked each other as friends but then one day back in Feb 06 we met up again after not seeing each other for a few years but it felt like old times again so I invited him to come out for my Birthday in March ( it fell on a Thursday) so the following weekend he came out with us and the rest is history! Well for me anyway. I knew right then that he was the one, it took him a few months of dating before I finally said OK are we bf/bg and he said yes. So I uses 5/19 as our anniversary date

this is totally disgusting but FH made it official by saying 'you can change your myspace relationship status now'

we were at a party for 4th of july and he realized that i can 'hang' with the dudes so i guess he felt it was a good time to make it official

eww...i cant believe i admitted that.

heheheh the old time 09ers will remember this story... the new ones wont...

BUT...

I met my bf (not my fiance, we're not engaged... long story short, i used to be engaged... im not anymore, but i love my liw girls so i had to come back)...

anyway, my ex fiance left me on Sept 26 2007... i met josh Sept 27, 2007 on Match.com... we talked online for a while, and then finally met like 2 weeks after that. We hung out a few times and i totally hated him.

i stopped talking to him and everything. Then I came down to Florida in December of 2007 for a couple of weeks to visit my parents, and realized that I kinda missed him... then he IMed me out of nowhere asking to give him another shot.

So when I got back to New York (January 4th) we hung out the next day... I stopped dating other people, he stopped dating other people... so our anniversary isn't from when we first started dating, but from when we actually liked each other. LoL

He basically called me his girlfriend a few weeks after that when his mom was like 'So is she your girlfriend or what?' right in front of me.

This is an awful, awful story...

We met on 11/5, and we count that as our anniversary because we've been together ever since. But it took like 2 months for FH to say I was his girlfriend. I think I asked him after like 3 weeks, so like whats the deal, what are we? and he said something really flip like I guess we're seeing each other. I kind of had a conniption because I had been really emotionally effed up by someone a few months prior, and I was convinced that it was going to be a repeat and I was stupid enough to let myself be fooled again.

So then a few weeks later we were discussing, um, cleanup methods after we were 'hanging out' and FH said something along the lines of 'I guess this makes you my girlfriend now'. OMG I wanted to keel over and die. How romantic

haha we were dating for about a month, and his cousin said something about us, and i said 'i don't have a boyfriend'. haha knew that would get back to him.

he ended up taking me out to dinner, but was too nervous to ask me, so then we went to get coffee. he was about to start the talk, and one of my friends came in and started talking up... haha i was trying to give her the hint to get the hell out of there! he finally asked if we could make it official. we tried to figure out our first date, but couldn't remember. we got back into the car and i found our ticket stub from our date. we missed our first anniversary by one day!

My FH & I were hooked from minute go. We actually met online. I had bartended for YEARS and was sick of meeting guys in bars so I wanted to try something different, but didn't want any old nut contacting me. So I made my profile non-searchable. I created a really specific search & only guys I contacted could view my profile. I contacted a couple of ppl one night, but once I saw my FH's profile that was it. His title was 'My grandmother thinks I have a cute smile, maybe you will too...' I emailed him, and we started chatting online for HOURS the first week and quickly talked on the phone for 5 hours one night. It was the week before New Years and his bday is NY's eve so we had our first date on 12/30 and have been inseparable ever since. A week after our first date he said that he never wanted to date anyone else and that he wanted to be exclusive. It's funny too b/c he's the one & only person I've ever met from online. I think they lost money on me b/c I was on and off the site within 2 weeks, LMAO. He always laughs b/c when he first read my email and my profile he said he thought it was fake and that it was a cover for some mail-order-bride service b/c it sounded 'too perfect', lmao. Lucky for me he took a chance to find out I wasn't looking for a green card, hahahaha.

i was actually seeing FH and another guy at the same time. I gave FH an ultimatum before i went back to school over a break, and said 'Im done playing games, either make me ur girlfriend or we r done.' (i also told the other guy i was finished with him, i was in love with someone else.) I went away to college, came home and the night after i got home, he took me to time square, gave me a diamond necklace and said this was it. He wanted to be with me and only me. Then he said, i am never going to date another girl, u r the one for me I was thrilled!!

oh this is a good one....bad for me....

um...I was married....and then i left my husband because I fell in love with FH.....it happened without any warning....LONG STORY...

LOL!!! OMG ME TOO!!!! Except that I wasnt married...we dated for like 9 yrs before I ended it.... Fh and I then started hanging out for a bit and he asked me... it was soooo cute. I felt like I was back in HS LOL
