just curious: socially responsible weddings
Ladies and Gents,
Since it's one of the biggest events of our lives, FW and I are trying to do a wedding that's as socially repsonsible as possible- organic, free range meat, post consumer recycled paper save the date cards, wedding bands from recycled gold without stones, union made or fair trade items for our registry.
Does anyone on here have any experience with this? have any suggestions? I'm going to be putting together a website of some kind detailing our experiences in the hope that having this info handy will make life easier for others who want to do this. Also, with registry items, I'm running into a wall with it, so if anyone's done something like this I'd love to hear about it.
