Ours came to $150 for the GMs, about $98 for the FOB and FOG, and they came down on the RB because it was ridiculous for a three year old. They came down from $120 to $100, and I put the $50 deposit toward his tux and shoes, so his parents only have to pay $50-$60.
Friend of FI owns 1800tuxedo...they have a location in Brooklyn & Long Island...if you're interested in going there, ask for Pat, and tell him Ricky Viola sent ya!

I think they were $139 each, including shoes. FH's was free tho. And they get $25 security deposit back after returning it.

-8 Guys are paying $130 plus tax (includes shoe rental!) -Groom is FREE -2 Dads are FREE Not sure about Ring Bearer... maybe $130 also?

How far in advance depends on your wedding date. June brides should do it as far in advance as possible due to prom competition. Everyone else I think is safe with 3 months, unless the guys are just as bad as the girls when it comes to getting measured etc.
FH registered for tuxes between x-mas and Jan 1. The guys ties/vests (GM)/cummerbunds(groom & BM) are the same color as the girls dresses.

We went about 2 months before. We did coordinate the vest color with the BM gowns.
Tuxes for our GMs were $130 I think. FH and FOB are free.
