Just FINALLY saying hello =) And Band question

Just saying hello to all the 2011 brides!! I got engaged in July and finally got around to registering myself here...but I've been reading the boards =) I'm getting married 10/21/11 at the Venetian Yacht Club and I'm having a blast planning everything!

Tomorrow I'm going to look at the Faze 4 bands--my brother used True Blue and they were amazing, but I liked the Faze 4 band as well and Sound Image (all represented by the company Faze 4.) Anyone using them? I'm a little afraid of the price but I am positive I want a band! =)

We ended up getting a swing band because thats exactly what we wanted and it turned out to be a lot cheaper than the wedding bands I got prices from. Feel free to fm me if you want more info. Good luck!

my FSIL used the Original Faze 4 band, and loved them. We went to a wedding that used Scott Yanney (also a Faze 4 band), but they were out of our price range I really like Scott Yanney.

We ended up signing with Heart and Soul, which is a Franklin Wayne band. They do a lot of showcases, and we decided on them- which we are VERY happy with.

My FH and I were torn between a band or a dj because of the price difference. Both of us really wanted a band, but were thinking of going with a dj to simply save some money since our wedding is already costing a small fortune. However, we're booking with The Naked Truth band. We saw them at a friend's wedding and then again on Fire Island...there is never anyone sitting down when they play.
