change to a Saturday night wedding and would extend my honeymoon another week or so.

other than that I'd put it away for a house

I'd keep everything the same....and put the money towards a house with a backyard and lawn...instead of a condo with a tiny front patio.

Change my reception hall to Oheka. Kidding, um, I'd upgrade a few things and then use the rest on our house. We need siding and a new roof among other things.

If someone gave me75,000 for the wedding/HM I would have gone on one sick @$$ honeymoon.
Second, I prob would have changed my wedding location spot. (Don't get me wrong I loved CLM)
Everything else I would have kept the same.

I thought the SAME thing but for wedding/honeymoon mmm... probably splurge for better food. Add the seafood options I know ym friends and family would enjoy. Gotten a different wedding dress and just said to hell with this one which is buggering heck out of me. Get the day after shots done-those are EXPENSIVE but they would be a ball to have and I could gleefully trash my dress with reason! As for honeymoon, we would have saved the money and then gonne somwhere super exotic-not sure but maybe island hopping or staying at every a+ resort in Mexico for a few days.

I'd pay for my side to fly over for the wedding, and with the rest I'd get a chocolate fountain, frozen drink machine, and upgrade our honeymoon.

I'd splurge on an amazing dress (I love mine, but there are some super $$$$ ones that I'd kill for!), I wouldn't worry about keeping the guest list at 200 people - I'd invite everyone! I'd get the viennese hour, and I'd definitely definitely take our Europe honeymoon right after the wedding (we're probably going to wait a year or two to do this, since unfortunately we don't really have $75k to spend!).

I second that! I'd change it to a Saturday night wedding, and head to the South Pacific....I REALLY wanted to go to Fiji or Tahiti, just couldn't afford it!

i would've COVERED my ceremony in candles and roses.... added a seafood fair at the cocktail hour and totally splurge on the honeymoon... other than that not a thing...except maybe not worry about cutting down the guest list. then i'd put the rest in a savings account and make money with the %rate lol
