I say $1800. THat's based on
200 slices @ $9.00 each! That looks like it might be a Colette (great name ) Peters cake...

The designer cakes I've looked at are running from $6-$12 per slice. I am only having about 100 guests, so its probably do-able within our budget, but I want to taste RH's cake before I commit!

it really depends on alotta factors like whether you want fondant or buttercream, how big of a cake you would need, and which bakery you go to. Shop around a bit and bring this picture in and im sure youll find this cake for a reasonable price.
