I can't remember where I read this but I recall reading somewhere that you can send an wedding invitation to the President of the US and will get back a letter from the white house declining. I thought it would be a fun keepsake to have. Does anyone have any information on this? I hear you can send one to the Pope as well and get back a prayer blessing the marriage.

Just for fun
How funny, I was just looking at that today on www.ultimatewedding.com. It is under their site index.

I love that idea - I am so wrapped up in this wedding that I want to do it all. I am going to be very sad when it's over.
I would love the information too.
