see i have this issue with breakign things.. its glass and im not delicate putting things away.. mom still barks at me when she hears me puttign the dishes away..so i needed somethign simple that if i break it it wont be a hassle to replace them.. denise...urs woudl be broken in a week with me!!!

yeah they're different, so when he picked it out i thought it was a great choice...but i told him that once and thats it...if he picks something out its like OMG he did the greatest thing in the world, and i never hear the end of it

seriously they're the worst with that, its like Ok how about the DOZENS of other things we're picking out wheres our praises lol.

They are all sooo pretty I especially love the paper dishes

I still have no idea!!! Something colorful deff.

We didn't register for any dinnerware at all.

We got a brand new set of everyday stuff when we moved into our apartment so we decided it really wasn't necessary. We also had my grandmothers china as well. My parents were sooooo glad to get it out of their house.

Did you ever try corelle, I'm not sure if I'm spelling it right but they offer unbreakable everyday dinnerware. They have an outlet store in riverhead

I didnt notice the price lol...but i registered for them at Fortunoff..and they have them on the lenox website.

this is ours too. we have been to four stores already and can't agree on anything. we might just buy it ourselves and not register for it.

ha this is mine too!!! we have my grandmothers old china ya know the fancy kind that the grandmas would keep in a china cabinet. well my mom gave it to me so we use it from time to time but it`s got that ring of silver around the edge so it can`t go in the micro...i learned that the hard way!!! it sparks!!!!!!!!

So that's why it can't go in the mirowave, I have a set with a gold ring around the edge...good thing I didn't just 'test' it out lol I once put cream cheese (in the wrapper) in the microwave and WOW happy 4th of July there were blue fireworks everywhere.....kinda pretty

haha yeahhh i hear ya!!! i did it with a fast food wrapper once! i guess i have a history of trying to blow up mirowaves huh?
