Went to sans souci, they were closed today I'll call them tomorrow. Cucina bay in merrick is out of business, inn at NHP is booked, irish coffee pub wants to do ceremony, CH, and reception in same room (that is weird to me). But I will not give up!!!!!!! I have to find somewhere.

Seventh St Cafe Garden city look at their web site. Think this is Scotto bros place and I think they have area for party of 50.

Galaxie Caterers1184 Rte 109 Lindenhurst 631-957-9595. They have a room for 60 minimum. I only saw 1 review on here for a wedding a couple of yrs back. Saw the place and it is typical catering style but mgr was nice and prices reasonable. But because no info on it we passed but it might be fine.

Holiday Inn plainview we checked for min of 75 at the time so I don't know if they go lower. 516-349-1240.

Harbor Club in huntington has gorgeous grounds on water. You might be able to do ceremony outside and ch/recept upstairs. they have an L shape and for us wanted to do CH in one arm and then recept in other because they had no other place but that 1 room for small wedding. - - that might be why Irish wanted to do all in 1 room.

Bedell's at West wind in Freeport on water is restaurant with catering room in back. I would guess everything would be in 1 room there too but you could check. Not as updated as other places like Irish Pub. 104 East Bedell st 516 546-4575

Le Grange Inn w islip montauk hgwy 631 6690765. I think 60 min and someone said food was just ok but thought I'd give you some more numbers if all else fails!

Marconi Manor 333 Moffit Blvd Islip 631 2270007. not sure of min here, did not check this place.

I agree with someone above... Write a post on the vendors helping brides thread and see if anyone can help you. That's how I came up with a photographer 6 weeks before our wedding.

Maybe you should try a few hotels you like.
Most of them have private party room and/or banquet facilities.
That would be really convenient for yout OOT guests as well.
Or if you are a DIY kind girl maybe a KofC or VFW would be an option for you???

Smithtown Landing has a nice room for under 75 ppl, my GF got married there and it was sooo nice. That is why I chose it
