She said the prices I told her for hair/MU are too expensive for her, (which I totally understand...she is just out of college and paying for everything w/ her hard earned money w/ no help ever from parents) and if its okay w/ me she would rather have her stylist take care of hair/MU day of (which again, Im fine w/...I never told my BMs they had to use my hair/MU girls, I also don't care how they want their hair done or anything).
My only problem w/ all this is...my wedding is on a Sunday. I may be totally off, but I have never heard of salons being open on Sunday or Monday. Maybe she just forgot its a sunday wedding. I emailed her to tell her to double check w/ her stylist if shed really be available on a Sunday morning, but til i hear back, wanted to ask you girls..are some salons open Sunday??

mine is open EVERY day of the year except christmas and good friday (latin salon good friday is big for hispanics)

k, whew! thats good to hear. shes in whiteplains NY. maybe her salon is open. thx!!
if not, i dont know what to tell her. only other option would be for her to do it herself or find another salon open sunday.

Not that I know of. Not to say that her salon won't be open but any salon that I've ever gone to has NEVER been open on a Sunday. She should definitely double check that.

i'm sure she will be able to get her hair done on sunday by her stylist. i've heard of plenty of places opening on sunday. maybe she's already spoken with her stylist and they are arranging something privately.

thats the other thing im thinking..maybe the stylist would come to her even if the salon isnt open. oh well, ill see what she says.
My salon isn't open on Sunday usually but they will make an exception and open up with an appointment (not sure if they mean they will open if it is a large party or just one person). I guess it depends on how well she knows her stylist...or maybe she has a really awesome salon that is open on Sundays!

Actually my salon is open on Sundays but not many people work. Only two or three at most.

dont worry Jess most salons are open on Sundays. Fri/Sat/Sundays are usually the busiest days for salons so there shouldnt be a problem

Salons tend to be opening alot more nowadays on Sundays, so just have her check for sure.
