Just got back

We just registered tonight and I must say this was prob one of the most confusing and overwhelming part of the wedding process...lol We were probably more confused then anything. We had such a tough time because we bought a brand new house last Sept. and we purchased all new stuff so basically what we did was upgrade on what we had. Anyways for girls that haven't registered yet just an FYI it can get very confusing. I guess we got a pretty good start today.

We so have to do this too. We keep putting it off. We have been in our house for 5 years also...I feel funny registering...but we def. need some stuff.

Where did you register?

i did the same thing last july. we got the house and bought everything we needed. i'm looking forward to the upgrades. thanks for the warning!

Bed Bath and Beyond for most stuff and fortunoff for china, luggage, silverware and some other stuff. Fortunoffs we were fine. BB&B we were sooooo confused. We just looked at each other...lol. I have all new stuff so it seems silly to register. I know how you feel. I basically upgraded on stuff we have and put stuff on there that I wouldn't want to buy for ourselves.

I was at fortunoff's tonight! It was confusing, we did a small registry and we're not even done yet, hang in there. If anything you can exchange what you get for other things

Cool...thanks! We want to go to Fortunoff too. I would LOVE to go to Crate and Barrel also, but there isn't any stores close by.

I agree! It's so overwhelming to be surrounded by like 50+ choices of things, want to pick the right one and still not go 'overboard' and buy things your family & friends can afford. We started at 3 places (just to get some things going, b/c people were asking us to) and still have to finish at all 3 (but it's nice you can do a lot of adding online...

Yes I love that you can go online and look and change quantities. I am on the websites everyday
