I really liked it! They are redoing the rooms , putting in new carpets and stuff . The one room i loved they just had a white marble floor put in and 2 huge crystal chandeliers the room was awesome. The have an outdoor covered cocktail room that was really nice and the price was awesome!! The only thing that turned me off is that we are getting married in May and there are no windows (room is downstairs) but other than that i loved it. Anyone else been here?

Re: Just got back from manor east....
I saw it because it was local but honestly, I haven't heard that great of reviews about it and I didnt like it. I do like the price of it, but I think you can find a lot of other RHs in that price range that have excellent reviews. Don't get me wrong, I am sure they can do an awesome job, but do a search on here and see what people think of it. As far as other suggestions, I would check out Windows by the Lake and Swan Club. They are nice places that have similar rates. HTH.

I went to a wedding there a few years ago and honestly, it wasn't that good. At the time I went, the food, atmosphere, and service were nothing special.

Like I said, I am sure they have done great parties before but if you want to stick to a decent price range there are a ton of places around where you can take full advantage of the beautiful May weather!!

Re: Just got back from manor east....
I have been there a few times for weddings and it was ok. The cocktail hour was good- the only thing that I didnt like was I felt that it was too dark in that downstairs room because of the lack of windows.

Re: Just got back from manor east....
i was once at a sweet sixteen there a while ago so i can't be much help. if you are looking for something less pricey look at timberpoint...they gave us a phenomenal deal.....
also just my two cents - riviera is too pricey for what you get.

I had my reception at the Manor East and everything was beautiful. If you have any questions or would like to see some pics from the Manor East just let me know.
