Just got back from the Oheka Castle Bridal Showcase...
It was $20 p/p but worth it! You got to tour the castle, a full cocktail hour, open bar (beer, wine, soda, apple martinis, cosmos, champagne), shots of flavored vodka, & tons of vendors! Sorry no pics but I had fun. I went with 'PrincessAurora' a 2007 bride & one of my BM!

All my vendors are booked so we just went to check out the castle! We had fun - walking around with our martinis & talking to other vendors. Great food!
How is your planning coming along?

Kelly, I have to ask you - did the place look as amazing it seems to be in all of the pictures? Did they show you any of the suites in the castle or just the areas where receptions/parties are held?

Were you blown away by Oheka itself?
Planning is coming along. Getting out invites, finding bands and starting favors is the next thing on the 'To Do.'

It was very nice...driving up the iron gates & the trumpets greeting you as you entered. They didn't show us the suites. It was hard to see how the grand ball room would look b/c it was filled with tables & vendors.
VYC did so much renovations - the upstairs is done & has bathrooms. They also changed the dancefloor downstairs & re-modeled the lobby.

hey kelly!! You should've told me you were going girl! I would've went with you!! Vinny didnt want to go cause he thought we would've ended up broke living on the street cause I'd beg him to have the wedding there!!

i went too... they had all the suites and rooms open upstairs, you could walk around at your leisure.
Some of the flower arrangements were amazing, and i thought the models walking around in the wedding dresses were unbelievable.
We missed the food though, which made fh a lil grumpy.

I was there too- It was so much fun and my sis and her FH won a digital camera!!! Oheka is beautiful!!! The food was great!!!
