Not fair for me to just post that so heres the deal.
Mom was diagnosed w/stage 1 breast cancer. Had the surgery - they removed the lump, radiation for months - claimed everything was good.
She found another lump. Switched to a better dr. Just found out she was misdiagnosed. Lump is still there - bigger than expected. Stage 2.
Ugh - feel sick and so pissed at the first surgeon.

just an fyi..both my grandmother and my best friend's mom had stage 2 breast cancer decades ago. they're still raising hell!
tell her to stay positive, even get angry. kick that c's azz!

OMG, I am so sorry. The good news is she now has a better doctor and hopefully it will all be handled properly and she will be cured quickly. So sorry for you and your family

I am sooo sorry to hear you are going through this. But speaking from someone who went through it.... my mom was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer about 10 years ago, her annual mammo actually missed it and found a lump almost 8 months later! Her Dr was Dr Dwight DeRisi and his office is on Northern Blvd. He only takes cancer patient he is extremely busy but absolutely amazing. He works out of NS Manhasset and my mom has been cancer free for about 9 years now!! My prayers are truley with you and I hope this informations helps. Good luck!
