4 hours ....TO GET HOME!!!!!!!

IS anyone around...or is everyone out there still trying to get home

Lucky you!!! i was scared as anything driving in that snow i was actualy shaking. my car skid a little. but i got home.

OMG...it was truly frightening driving home!
NOTHIGN was remotely plowed....There was about a inch of packed ice everywhere

I have my brother in law sleeping on my couch tonight because he was in traffic for 2-1/2 hours to go 2 exits. He gave up going home to his wife and came over to bunk up on my couch. DH's & my first house-guest

I'm sorry it took you four hours to get home.
I was just 15 minutes from my apartment..Flushing/Kew Gardens to Whitestone (coming from Queens College) and it took me an hour and a half. I have been home for some time.
