Just got my dress and veil and of course there is a problem

I could kick myself 10 times over for not checking this at the store....my cathedral was not attached and there is only one side of velcro...and I got a huge attitude when I called...they were annoyed I couldn't bring in it today...Well lets see my rehearsal is in and hour what do you want me to do fly there?
