They said that everything was in the normal range and that everything looked great!! It has a 90% accuracy for Down's with a 5% false positive and a 98% accuracy for Trisomy 18 with a 1% false positive.
Next is the AFP which the Dr. told me is for Neural Tube Defects/spina bifida...this will be my last test...I cant wait to get it over with!!! I know its optional, but I would rather be prepared...

I just got my results back too . She said chances of baby with DS was 1/2540 and Trisomy 18 was 1/250,000.
My next test is the AFP for for Neural Tube Defects/spina bifida too. This will be my last as well.......as long as everything is ok.

I didn't get those type of results!! She just said 'normal range' - what the heck does that mean??? I want the results you got...

I'm sure you can ask her for your numbers. Call her and see. She said normal range at my age (34) was 1/250 so my result of 1/2540 she said was very good.

I'm 32...
Before I had 1/406 chance of DS...now I'm 1/4000
Trisomy 18...I had 1/968 chance and now I'm 1/10,000
YAY!! Thank you...I called back and demanded answers!!!!
