yeah, but FI said No. doesn't feel it's right to have it the day before the 4th. i really want 7/17, but they are predicting heavy t-storms

Don't believe it -- it was wrong for my wedding, as a matter of fact, all the forecasts were wrong up and until the day before. It rained during my cocktail hour (which was outside), but WCC had a tent all set up (and extremely quickly I might add, because no one knew it was coming). It doesn't effect your wedding. It goes so fast and everyone is in a great mood, it's just something brides worry about that can't be avoided and ultimately doesn't make a difference.
