Just had potential Bridezilla moment but I bit my tongue!
FSIL is a BM in the wedding. She broke her ankle almost 4 months ago - 2 weeks before she gave birth to their 4th child. Becasue she had the baby, the doc put her into a walking cast almost right away, so clearly, her ankle has not healed properly. It's still killing her and she limps when she walks on it. FH just told me she might need to have surgery on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a little annoyed - and I am mad at myself for even feeling annoyed LOL... But like, she knew she was gonna be in our wedding - why couldn't she have her doc make this decision 2 months ago?? I don't think she'll be healed and out of a cast in time for our wedding - do you? My mom seems to think 6 weeks is about how long it will take but who knows! I didn't express any of this to FH, I just bit my tongue on it and then vented to my mom. I think FSIL thinks she'll be healed and able to walk down the aisle in the wedding without any problem. She'd better have this surgery ASAP if she wants any hope of that! UCK I am so annoyed with myself for even thinking these selfish thoughts!!! I just needed to vent!!

i see how you'd be worrying about her walking down the aisle but come on the woman just had a baby im sure the last thing on her mind was to rush into having surgery. a baby is a lot of work. Im sure it will all work outl. try not to stress

Trust me, I am more annoyed at myself for even BEING annoyed at all! I am sure everything will be fine, too. Thanks.

Ladies, you can disregard this whole post. I should not have posted b/c I just come off looking like this selfish witch - and I already felt that way to begin with, so venting didn't help at all. I really could care less if she's in a cast or wheelchair. The thing that annoys me is just my FSIL in general, and the way she handles things. She knew she needed surgery months ago and just never took care of it. Anyway, you girls don't know her, so of course this sounds even worse than it should have. Sorry. Please disregard. Thanks.
