Just had to mention (Jenn aka hair genie)
After my first trial a while back, I had mentioned to Jenn that although I have thick hair, I felt my hair looked too sparse for the hairstyle that I wanted. She said she would look into getting me some extensions, and we left it at that. Fast foward to last week I needed to get my hair trimmed because I had loads of split ends. I figured since Jenn lives around the block from where I work, I'd go to her.
Since I was only going in for a trim, Jenn figured we had time to play around with my hair. First off, she purchased the extensions on memory alone of what my hair color was. The extensions were the PERFECT color, as if I had grown them out myself and gave them to her. Since most of my hair will be out, it was hard to determine where the extensions would be placed. Jenn took the time to figure this out. I also mentioned since my hair is so thick, it doesnt hold curls well and after my first trial the curls turned to waves within hours. She took a different approach and blow dryed my hair into curls. Although it was strenous and time consuming, Jenn did it with no complaints. II left there with with DIVAGLAM hair. It was exaclty what I imagined my hair to be. Im happy to say the next day the curls were still stong as the night before. Jenn has all ready gone above and beyond what I ever expected from a hair stylist. Not to mention she is so personable, you cant help but feel comfortable and relaxed in her presence. Unfortunately I dont have any pictures since all I was expecting was a quick trim. But I just had to share this with all the girls that are using her!!
