The stamp is going up to .41 cents in May..here is the good news..
No matter how much the stamp prices go up the .41 cent stamp will always be good. In other words..they said to stock up..because lets say next year they go up to .45..and you still have .41 stamps you dont need to add a .04 cent stamp is you still have the .41 cent stamps...I hope that makes sense lololol

so how about if you have a 38 cent stamp...will you be ok or do u have to put a 41 cent stamp

That is great so we don't always have to wait for a new priced stamp to come out. When in May are they starting the 41 cent stamp. I have heard May 1, and or May 15, on LIW. So, what date should I be running to the Post Office to get the stamps for my invitations and RSVP's?
Funny thing, I asked my mail-lady what date the new priced stamp was to come out. She did not know that stamp prices were going up. I could not believe it. Thank you so much in advance for helping us out with any stamp info.

Man I wonder what to do when I put together my invites over spring break - it really doesn't affect the outer envelopes cuz I can wait on those since I won't be mailing til late May/early June. BUT i wanted to assemble these suckers, which means, putting postcard postage on the darn things. Would it be really bad to put the two stamps on since they won't have it ready by then? (early April I will be assembling them).
Such a PITA!

I'm thinking I'm gonna have to use the extra 1 cent stamps to bump up the postcard rate....there's no way it's gonna be ready for sale by first week of April. Grrrr.
