Just Joined Lucille Roberts
I have less than 3 months to my first fitting so I joined Lucille Roberts last night. I'll go tonight for the first time. I'm sort of nervous, I don't know why.I just hope I can tone and lose the weight I want to before Feb 11th

Re: Just Joined Lucille Roberts
I joined there in the middle of the summer and used to go all the time with a friend from work, but she went back to school and I haven't gone in awhile. I still pay for the membership, but I guess if I had someone to go with or found a closer location it would be better. Just stick with it.

i would highly recommend hiring a personal trainer thru LR. i did in august, in preparation for my first fitting in sept and i have lost 12 lbs, and more importantly lots of inches!!!! my trainer really kept me motivated and it's relatively inexpensive compared to other gyms. i got 12 sessions for 250, and the results were so good i bought more sessions in october.

Now what is the cheapest plan for their personal trainers? We are paying for our own wedding and I don't have $250.00 readily available to give out in one shot.

It depends what contract you sign but for mine, it's $30 for one session, $120 for four. I didn't look into how much the rest were.
I was thinking of hiring one. I'm going to go about a month and see how I'm doing and if it's not well enough, maybe that's what I'll ask for for Christmas!

you can get one session for $20 i think, 4 for $80. for me, i needed the constant motivation to not give up. when i didnt have the trainer, i found i would give up quicker.now that i have completed my training, i go by myself and do the exercises making sure i am using proper form, which is another benefit of hiring a trainer. so many people exercise incorrectly they actually can do more damage than good.
sometimes LR offers specials on personal trainers.
i did the ellipical machines 3x a week for 30 mins and then weight trained 2-3x a week with a trainer.
