omg i love eggplant parm!!! fh can't eat it though cuz he has crone's (a stomach problem) and it'll hurt him. i shouldn't eat it anyway, its bad for me lol. but i love it!

lol i do fry it but not alot of oil very little and idrain the oil off them.. with paper towels lol i use like a whole roll lmao
