to avoid the 'no shows'
a hair salon i used to go to in west palm beach did that. it was annoying. but i understand where they are coming from.

If you do cancel with Klenfields you can do it (I believe) within 48 hours and they do not charge your credit card.

i canceled my appointment with them and never got a charge, so don't worry.....they charge you something like $50 if you cancel within 24hours.
