I wish I wore my retainer, I have one too! I rather get a personal trainer then fix that though.
i did the same thing, made an appointment for invisalign but one dentist said it wouldn't work so well with my teeth and another charged so much. i went with the clear braces which are really doing the trick. i can't stand that i have braces again but u hardly notice them lol

i would definetely recommend getting the permanent retainers afterwards too! fh has them and u don't even see them! no one knows he has them. they are little metal bars cemented to the inside of his teeth so his teeth won't shift. i'm going with them after i get my braces off.

My regular dentist is in Franklin Square - Clocktower Dental (Dr. Michael Kelley). They also do ortho there but it's more on the expensive side. The orthodontist i'm using is really good. He's in Levittown...his name is Dr. David Ostreicher. It cost me a little over 1,000 dollars out of pocket. My dental insurance picked up most of it. I can't remember what the total was for the clear braces but I do remember that it was 2,000 dollars less than what they were charging for Invisalign. HTH!

I know it can be quite expensive but don't get too down about it! i can't afford it that well right now but i pay them in monthly installments...i can pay them anywhere from 50-100 dollars per month and it's fine because i'm gonna have them on for another 10-11 months.
yea thats not bad at all.. i was paying $320 a mnth for my laser eye surgery
wow! my brother had that done like 10 years ago and his eye sight started to go again and they re did the surgery for no cost. i have 20/20 so let's hope mine never goes lol. anyway, i was nervous about the braces at first but i'm good now. people are actually complimenting me more than teasing me for improving my teeth...as funny as that sounds lol.

My fh has invisiln (cant spell right now lol). Its working great on his teeth. Its only painful when he changes bite plates.
