Just me thinking...

After reading the post about the man who passed a day before the wedding - I started to think about what I complain about when it comes to wedding planning, whether family, finances or time. Often times the smallest things can turn into a mountain unnecessarily. But right now I can only wonder what that Bride to Be is now going through. Things could be so much worse - so I am going to think at things from a different angle when it comes to planning -

Just wanted to share my thoughts!!

you are absolutely right... i have complained before about silly things like my FMIL not finding a dress... i will probably still vent so i don't give myself an ulcer but i will definitely be more thankful for what i DO have...

agree. I was just on the phone with my mom venting about expenses and feeling broke btwn the wedding and house renovations and she reminded me what 'real' problems are.
We get so stressed and wrapped up in little details but these are all good things---not worth stressing over!

It really puts everything into perspective, doesn't it? My Heart and prayers goes out to that Bride and thier families. I've learned in life never to take anything for granted... I thank God everyday for all that he has given me...

it's so true. there are always worse things that could happen or that we should worry about. It's terrible that it takes something like that to put it in persepective.

My prayers go out to that bride to be and her family.

its so true, we need to be thankful we all are there happy and healthy for our wedding as well as our families, becuase in the end, all the small stuff we stress over, no one notices for more then 5 seconds the day of, but having everyone there they will.
