er this is so frustrating... i hate working on a budget... its seems like everone i like n can afford have so many negitives....

my best friend/MOH used them for her wedding and was not happy with them at all - her pictures came out ok, but nothing spectacular

I second AManda she did my recent epics. Check my album title EPICS 2. I think she offering a special promotion now too.
I'm using ada. My sis used them and had no problems and my cuz used them and had no problems. You'll hear good and bad about everyone.
If they fit your budget, then it is up to you to make sure they do what you want. Don't leave it up to them!!! Tell them what you want, with as much detail as possible. They know what they're doing, but with no direction, any vendor can fall short . . . . . If they don't know you're exact expectations, what does anyone expect???? Unless you are ok with 'leaving it to them' then you need to tell them your expectations.
Not to ruffle anybody's feathers but one thing to also consider is that he is one of the house vendors at east wind. He has been for a long time. If he really was that bad they would NOT have him as a house vendor and would not push for people to hire him. It would look really bad on east wind. Bad news and opinions travel really fast on here. Once you get a negative review it really does tend to stick.
We are using ADA too, I thought they have been great so far. They did out E-Pics and they came out great. We have Big John for the day of the wedding I heard he is a great Photographer.
