FH and i just had our first photographer apt.! we went to ADA. anyone use them? We were looking at their deluxe package.. how much do you tip in general? if we went with this package, there would be 1 portrait photographer, 1 photojournalistic, an assisant and videographer. do you tip as a whole? individually? the entire package would come out to $6,500?? thanks!

you could probably get the same sort of package for alot cheaper with another photographer.

you tip the photogs individually, and I would THINK more more than 250.00 for the main photog and less for the assistants.... but then you''ll start my rant on tipping people whom I've already paid for a service.

I've heard mixed reviews about them. Have you looked into Imagine Studios? I highly recommend meeting with them -- they always get rave reviews and the quality of work is amazing. Lia is the phtoographer and she is so sweet

does that include your album and parent albums? any enlargements? is your album traditional or magazine style?
if none of that is included then that is pretty pricey and i would shop around

whats included in your package? that seems like alot. i know a lot of girls who are paying $5k for the same thing.
as far as tipping, you should tip individually.

I met with them as well and I found them to be very expensive for what you are getting. Then at the end of the meeting I asked for a formal quote and he started writing up a contract that he actually wanted me to sign! I said take my name off of this and just give me the numbers. I was totally turned off.
