Just need to tell someone

Im at my first job and my second job is real estate and I listed my first house on the 31st and I sold all ready!!!!!!!

It was too easy Im so happy

Did you just get into real estate? I was thinking of going with my friend in March for the course/getting the license. I need a job/2nd job that pays the bills. Of course Bob says I'm becoming a work-aholic but what does he know?

F/M me with details if possible on when you got into it, how it works,e tc. I would greatly appreciate it.
