Just need to tell you....
My FH and I booked our Honeymoon to Antigua and Aruba in January. We had to pay for the flight in order to book; which was $1495.
Two weeks ago we decided to cancel that trip with that TA and book to Tahiti with Dave at In and Out Travel.
The TA we originally booked with called me today to confirm the cancellation of the original trip. The hotels were cancelled at no charge and the our airline tickets were cancelled at $200; however, not refunded. We now have a credit with American Airlines for $1295 that we must use before Jan 2007.
We are so upset!! We can't go on another vacation before Jan 2007 because we both just started new jobs and are lucky we are getting off for two weeks for our honeymoon. This *****. On the other hand, looks like we'll be taken weekend trips to Bermuda and Florida and maybe Las Vegas.
P.S. American Airlines stink!!!![]()
