Just need to VENT

Do you know how many times the weather for this Saturday has changed in the past week? 8 TIMES!!!!!!!! Basically weather.com is saying they have no CLUE what the weather is going to be EVER!

why don't you stop looking at it, its not worth it. Whatever the weather will be that day is what it will be. You looking at it 8 gazillion times isn't going to change it, only make you feel stressed out.

I know...we are taking pics around Manhattan for 3 hours before the ceremony though.....so the weather is going be a large factor in what where we are taking our pics.

yeah.....but i can't risk my dress in the rain in times square. i'm already scared enough of my dress without rain in times square.....ugh, i'll figure it out. just need to vent right now. thanks ladies.

Alicia I won't tell you to calm down because I know you are worried....if it rained on my day I would have really worried about my sister, who has a disability and walks with a cane...and it also would have meant no dove release. So, I know how you feel. Have you scouted out another location in case it does rain and you can't get out in NYC?

My best suggestion is to have a backup plan that you are happy with. It will help to reduce stress knowing that you have an amazing indoor location (like Grand Central Station) if it does rain.

I know the feeling. I tracked the weather 3 months before our wedding (about snow, not rain of course). But keep in mind, rain is good luck!!

I know it's stressful, but just make sure you have a great back up plan. Whenever I get stressed about something, a mini-project always takes my mind off it...Researching a back up plan might be a good way to ease your mind...

Maybe you could go to a museum and take pics if it rains?!?! There are so many great museums in the city, I bet you could find places where they'd let you use flash photography...

thanks all...I've been harassing the people at Grand Central to send me a permit, so I'm still waiting on that. But, at least I will have a plan if it does rain.
