So............. i just called the bridal salon where we ordered the BM dresses from to check to see if they were in yet. (I was told when they would be in around September 4). WELL.................they tell me that its way too early and they arent due to come in until the beginning of NOVEMBER. Now granted, yes that might be enough time since my wedding is the END of november BUT I have 2 BM's that are out of state!!!!! I let the woman know that I was told that they would be shipped 9/4 and I didnt understand why I was told this when it wasnt true. I even called her out becuase SHE was the one that told me the est. ship date was 9/4 She had a major attitude and said she doesnt have time to look into it as she was the only one there and she had customers waiting. UM HELLO Am I not a customer??????

i know the feeling everytime i see my BM dress lady i ask her when they are coming in and she tells me right on time.. *** is right on time.. then she tells me end of september... first it was beginning of august then it was end then it was beginning of sept now its end of sept ... i fi dont have them by oct 1st im gonna flip on her for sure!!!!!!!

ew i would be pissed too. if it were me, i would call back this weekend and ask to speak with a manager. that is unacceptable! and what if they are late, or your BMs can't come in that close to the wedding? not to scare you but if you wer epromised september 4th i would hold them to that. make them put a rush on it! basically, you can point out that if you had known they wouldn't be in till the beginning of november you would never have ordered from them. good luck!!

Well, the thing is, I think SHE is the manager. she told me she would call me back when she has time but seriously, Im going to call again at 5pm......I dont care if she thinks im a PITA but dont tell me 1 thing and then turn around and say something totally different!!!!!!!!

That's terrible. I know how you feel. My MOH's dress is in (only having her), so is my step mom's, my mom's, his mom's, all except mine. I was told it had a ship date of June 20th and that it would definitely be in within 18-20 weeks of when I ordered it in January. Well, in early July I call to see if it was in, and was told it would arrive in two weeks. Then come the end of August I try calling and e-mailing and get no response. I FINALLY get her to respond through e-mail and she said it might come in this week or next. Why tell us one thing and then have it be weeks later? I was waiting on my dress to get my tiara, veil, and shoes. Now I am told it is getting too late to order the veil.
