Just one look and I'm hooked

I'm new to this as well. I've seen so many different threads and don't know where to start! My name's Dot and my fiance is Brian. We got engaged on 12/14/02. We are getting married on 5/15/04 at the Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Roslyn and the reception is at the Woodbury Country Club. I just started looking at photographers and gowns with my mom this weekend. I'm loving it all, but my head is spinning! I'd love to hear from you all, especially anyone who shares anything in common with me i.e. same dates/church/reception anything! I just need to make sure to figure out how this whole message board works. Hah!

Looking for thoughts on photographers, I'm thinking that might be the toughest part! Ugh. Any husband/wife teams you all could recommend that give unmarked proofs, negatives and are not only digital? Thanks! Looking forward to spending the next year chatting with you all!

Welcome to the Boards! FUNNY! I got engaged 12/10/02 am getting married 5/14/04! The day before you at Majestic Gardens....I have hall, photographer, vdeographer, florist, & gowns.

I am using ADA Studio for Photography.

Congratulations and welcome to the boards. I am getting married the same day as you. We are having our ceremony and reception at Villa Lombardi's. As far as photography goes everyone's style is different so you need to go with whose work you like and who you feel comfortable with. We are all here to help so if you have any questions ask away!

Hi Bum! I'm new too, and gettin hitched in the winter. Ask the halls if they will be decorated for Christmas - this can seriously clash (with your colour scheme) if they do. We are doing Ivory & periwinkle & it looks really bad against holly!!!
