It depends are you having alot of people at your ceremony? I had around 15 people and all 25 bubble jars i had were used up.

Everyone had a bottle of bubbles because they were given to them so i assume if you have someone give them out to your guests they would all get one.

i put together about 75 bubble tubes decorated (i think there is one picture with bubbles in it and it's not even at us ) i have at least 25-30 left over and there were about 95 ppl at our wedding

I think 50 is plenty. Not everyone has to throw it. You should definity be good.

just a word of caution - you dont want too much birdseed to be thrown - My cousin who just got married this past May said it stained her husband's military uniform jacket from the dust...just something to think about...
