Whats happens if you cancel a hall? do they make you pay extra? or keep all your money so far? what happens?
I think they can only keep what they have, ours told us that if they were able to rebook after, we would get a full refund.
Ok thanks for the reply. We didn't ask this question and it was probably the most important one.
I was told by the BM at Chateau la Mer, that in Nassau County the law states that if you cancel a RH 1 year before the wedding they must give you back your money, and the most they are able to keep is 100 dollars. I think it is 6 months for Suffolk County.
