Just picked my menu!!!!!!!!!!
Just got back from my hall with my FMIL and we decided on our menu:
appetizer - fresh mozzarella with tomato drizzled with balsamic olive oil
salad - chopped salad with mandarin oranges and a citrus dressing
main entree: 3 way choice
sirloin steak with a mushroom gravy
chicken with a breadstuffing, apples, sausage and mushrooms with a Medeira wine sauce
Chilean Sea Bass Piccata
Cake: Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse covered in a white fondant and served with vanilla ice cream!
I'm so hungry now!
