We have a few outstanding RSVPs to track down, but assuming they are Yes', we will be 1 over our minimum. I am not too concerned if they are No's because I have a few extras I can invite.

We are in pretty much the same situation..I was hoping for about 10 more people than we are going to have...but I am happy on one end cause that is like $1,000 we are saving.
Anyway...tomorrow is September and I am freaking out!!!!!
