Wow - that is awful.
My insurance company didn't ask anything when I insured it - I didn't even have to send in an appraisal!
They should tell u this at the time u get the insurance - makes you wonder if its even worth it.

i just read this aloud because I just couldn't believe it. FH doesn't believe it either... he's like 'thats fake, its gotta be a fake story' That is some BULL!!! I would tear people a new arsehole if they did that to me.
