JUST SALAD -- UPDATE B.C. IM PISSED

I will NEVER order from them again!!!!! The lettuce lately has been disgusting so I took a break from them and now today i found a hair in my food. I feel like Im going to puke


I just sent this to their corporate headquarters..

I was going to just let it go last week because I order from you every single day and figured it was just a few off days. But the lettuce was brown and wilted last week more than once. I took a break for a few days figuring this will be resolved. Today - hair in my food. I'll NEVER order from you again and I'll be sure my coworkers dont either. Gross. Too bad .. You guys were doing good for a while when we first discovered the place.

The maiden lane place has lost our business.

If you are downtown go to Flavors on Water that's my fave salad place. You said Maiden Lane so I am assuming you work right near me.

eww... super gross and disappointing. i go to the one in midtown like 2x a week. haven't had any issues yet, but i'm definitely going to inspect my salad more often!

Definitely time to try anything else ... So turned off by this place. I still feel nauseous from seeing it. Not kidding ..
