I am making the big decision... the wedding gown. Has anyone out there used either Paradise bridal in Patchogue or Macy's (Demetrious) bridal in the Smithaven Mall!!! I need to know how each are with customer service and etc.

I got my dress at Macy's (Demetrious) bridal in the Smithaven Mall. They were very helpful. Demetrious is known for taking their time shipping out their dresses, so the ladies at Macy's even put my wedding date down for June 4th on all the paperwork (even though it is really July 14th) to make sure that the dress would be here in plenty of time. I thought that was so nice of them. Well, the dress is here and they have been so nice about everything.

i didn't get mine at either however three of my friends got their dress at paradise bridal in patchogue and i heard nothing but great things about them
the alterations and service was spectacular from what my friends told me
i went to Macy's at the smithhaven mall to look for BM dresses and there are a bunch of old ladys that couldn't be bothered. i didnt end up getting my bm dresses there....
