Just signed the contract on my very first HOME!

We signed our contract today and I am a bundle of nerves. I had no idea Real Estate was so stressful! I've felt like I could throw up since last week. I just hope everything goes okay for our closing. We don't need any more problems!

Most of all though, we are soooooo HAPPY!!!

Congratulations!!! It's stressful but so worth it when it's your house!! FH and I closed on our house in June and we can't believe we're homeowners for nine months already!! Good Luck!

congrats!! it's a nerve wracking feeling, but it will feel so great to have your own home!! where is it located?

It's in Blue Point right by Corey Beach.
I think I'm going be a total wreck for the next month. There were a few complications leading up to the contract but hopefully it will go smoothly from now on. I have not even been able to get any wedding tasks completed b/c I'm so focused on this!
