I did this last year and lost 15 lbs. and haven't gained back a single pond, but now it is time for me to get the rest off and since yesterday was my 1 year mark I figured I would start. I hope to be updating you guys every week of a loss. I know I can do it, I can't wait to be skinny again and look HOT in my gown

woo hoo! Good for you! I lost 57 total pounds on weight watchers ( i was very round at a time..and ww was the only thing that worked for me)... I gotta post my before and after. I resigned up 4 weeks ago cause i put back on 12 pounds(after 4 yrs).. and i'm down 7 already.. so YOU CAN DEF DO IT!!!!!! If you need help with recipies or points or anything just let me know.. i'm a total WW freak.. lol. You already look great.. and by the time you're done with WW you'll be getting told you're 'too skinny'

thats a great idea... it's always good to have a support system!!!! We can def. do weekly check ins .. or have a thread for people who are in need of a little extra support. It totally helps.

No, I couldn't I will start staying next week. Probably the wednesday at 5
Oh I was there. I am going Thursdays with my mom and dad! They started back in April, so now I tagalong. Lame I know, but I was wondering if you were at the meeting. My first night was today too!
