Just started the atkins today.....
Im a heavy caffeine drinker, but I limited myself to only one cup of coffee in the morning. Is this ok, or do I have to completely avoid coffee? TIA

I think one cup is OK, although technically on Atkins you're not supposed to have any coffee (decaf only) When I was doing Atkins, I drank one cup of coffee a day and still lost 20 lbs.
